A role-based dashboard core built once and configured per client: records, workflow tracking, reporting and activity history. Becca Nena Beauty Studio was the first business running on it, with Brickz Loans and REMP now running on the same core.

The problem
Owner-run businesses in Accra tend to run operations across notebooks, spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads that don't talk to each other, with no shared record of what happened or who did it.
What we built
We built a single dashboard core with role-based access, record-keeping, workflow tracking, reporting and an activity history, designed to be configured per client rather than rebuilt from scratch each time.
