The problem
Orders were arriving as screenshots and voice notes across WhatsApp threads. Stock was tracked in a notebook, and every sale still needed the owner personally involved to confirm what was available and take payment.
What we built
We built a storefront customers can browse and check out on their own, backed by an admin dashboard that tracks orders, inventory and promotions in one place. New orders trigger a WhatsApp notification, so nothing depends on the owner watching a phone.
